Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of consultwithreda.shop and the SEO consulting services provided by Consult With Reda ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SEO consulting, including site audits, technical SEO, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page optimisation. Exact scope is defined in the Pricing page or a written proposal.

2. No guarantee of rankings

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic or revenue. We commit to delivering the work described in your package professionally and on time.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your business and goals.
  • Grant timely access to analytics, Search Console and your CMS where needed.
  • Respond to questions and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Implement recommendations or grant us the access required to implement them.

4. Payments

All prices in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable. Payment is required up-front via Stripe or SEPA. Work begins on payment.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a perpetual licence to use all deliverables we produce for your business. We may reference the project anonymously in our portfolio unless you opt out.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public information as confidential and use it solely to deliver the services. NDAs available on request.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate by written notice. Our Refund Policy applies to terminations before delivery.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Nuoro, Italy, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
