Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about working with Consult With Reda. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Cooling-off period
EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Because our services begin within days of payment, you may waive this right when you ask us to start sooner. If you have not waived it and we have not started work, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
2. Full refund — work not started
If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and we have not begun work, we issue a 100% refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
3. Partial refund — work in progress
If work has started but not been delivered, you may cancel and receive a partial refund proportional to the work not yet completed. A clear breakdown is shared before processing.
4. No refund — work delivered
Once a deliverable has been sent, the service is rendered and non-refundable. We will revise any deliverable that doesn't match the scope of your package, at no additional cost.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@consultwithreda.shop with your order reference. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most disputes are resolved in a short exchange.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under EU or Italian consumer law.
